Our weekends diary

We catched the early bus to la fortuna from San Jose. It was a beautiful road from mountains and through neAt little towns. The towns had central church and in front of church there was huge well maintained parks. It was lovely. The houses are very small and cute. We came across lot of foggy mountains and clouds too. It was a beautiful road.  Found some yummy treats on the way La fortuna is a small town with lots of tourists orients restaurants and shops. Our hotel was like log cabin and the surroundings were perfectly maintained. Whole day you can listen to birds singing.  Rainforest feel was different and amazing. Our hotel First thing, RAm and Jai wanted to go to the pool. Racing After the we decided to go to hot springs. We went there by taxi. Nature is making. Can you imagine a continuously running hot water. It was just wow. We all had tons of fun there. We got to drink fresh coconut water there. Jai was so happy to have it. Planned to spend day in San Jose. As usual Jai got us started too early. We started a day with very good breakfast at hotel, it had lot of tropical fruits and Costa Rican special black bean rice and potatoes. Lots of other verity of food with Costa Rican coffee. We both loved the coffee here. Started to tour round the city. Fortunately our hotel was in the downtown and close to everything. We visited the national theater. It was first glimpse of the rainforest. We did little shopping near the museum. It was fun strolling through small shops. Cafe in downtown, the food and beverages were refreshing. Took flight from Boston to Panama City and then from there San Jose. The flight was day flight so had beautiful views of sea, some islands and mountains. In the plane everybody heard how excited Jai is for his trip. One lady said, he is a very smart boy. Ready to explore around  Taken in our hotel. Chille hot and spicy fresh vegetable pickle Rams dish I had casados which had fried fish, rice, beans, salad, fried plantain, carrot-zucchini mixed veg. Started with fun time at Gannu house, second day went to Abhijits house. He had an interview so just went to park and had relaxed time with kids. Started early morning for Baltimore. Aquarium was great and the boardwalk was beautiful. Street jugglery, kids loved it. Believe it or nor museum Boardwalk Kaka reading book to Ruhi Jai had quality time with Ruhi. Treat from NJ 😋 Came Sunday afternoon back to home and headed to Kanthis house for party with Pooja, Bharti and Bindu Great happening, eventful weekend. Kids had a blast! Friday watched Rams long time watch Charlie and Chocolate factory. Sat morning went for flu shot, Jai was thinking something good so he was excited. He dint cry though.  He did really good, Ram helped him actually.  Watching snow. Ram playing on iPad in doctors office while waiting. On the way back got dunkin donut and was home whole day. Spent quality time with Ram. Watched Chintu 2 in the eve and Satyagraha after kids went to sleep.  Shri has to clean snow   Ram and Jai played outside, they had lot of fun. Sunday ate idllis in the morning and then went for facial and after coming home made dosa and watched Marathi movie Duniadari. Great lighting on the felt road
