France Day 1 - Paris

We reached CDG at 1pm. Airport is ok. It was very easy to come out and get Uber. On the way to our apartment saw Sacre Cour and loved it, first monument in Paris which we caught.

Apartment was ok. Paris is like Mumbai, Apartments are small. Our apartment was 10mins walk from Eiffel Tower. We came out of apartment after putting our luggage and found this awesome ‘Boulangerie’ where we had coffee and French goodies.what a welcome to France!!

On the way back checked out some shop and was really impressed and surprised!
Bought some fruits, chocolates. Saw this kahichadi version in an organic produce shop. Really great feeling!

Took some rest and went out with Amrut. Walked to Eiffel Tower area which was ok, not much impressed but the walk itself was good.

Then we went for dinner to this Italian place and it was wow! Food and ambiance both were nice. We had pizzas, pastas and salad.

Then walked towards, Arc de triomphe on Champs-Elysées road which has all big and luxurious brand shops.

Our walk ended at 10:30 but was still bright!

We said bye to Amrut and headed home.

Due to jet lag had problem for good sleep but could sleep early morning and we all woke up at 11 am 😊

A Journey Through Sunshine and Serenity: Our Florida Getaway

Embarking on a journey to Fort Lauderdale, our adventure began with a serene stay at the Miami Beach Ocean View Hotel. We reached late to hotel and when we opened our eyes, it was a pleasant welcome by morning sunrays. The first day was a delightful blend of cultures, starting with the vibrant Wynwood Walls neighborhood, where the gelato’s authenticity transported me straight to Italy. Dinner was an elegant affair at a chic restaurant, setting the tone for the days ahead. The second day greeted us with a hearty breakfast at South Beach, followed by an exhilarating bike ride along the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk with Jai. The thrill of surfing was complemented by the taste of fresh fish tacos and the unique Shark Tank drink. Jai really enjoyed surfing and tacos. As the day waned, Häagen-Dazs ice cream for me and frozen yogurt for Jai were the perfect sweet treats before an evening spent basking in the ocean’s embrace. On the third day, We savored  Einstein Miami bagel, a perfect start...

Canadian Rockies - Day 2 - The Dream Day: Larch Valley Hike & Moraine Lake Magic

We started our second day in the Canadian Rockies with our little tradition — a steaming cup of masala tea. There’s nothing like that comforting aroma to kick off an adventurous morning. While sipping our tea, we had a great chat with our wonderful host, Jeremy -  a biker, traveler, and author of two books. He’s been around the world on his bike, and listening to his stories was truly inspiring. After breakfast, it was time for one of the most anticipated parts of our trip - the Larch Valley hike and visiting my dream destination, Moraine Lake! We grabbed some Subway sandwiches from Banff downtown to fuel up later on the trail and then headed toward Moraine Lake by shuttle. We started the hike around 12:30 PM, and wow — it was steep and challenging right from the beginning. But every step upward brought more breathtaking views of Moraine Lake below. The turquoise water kept peeking through the trees as we climbed higher and higher. As we gained elevation, the larches turned gold...
