Shris Bday Weekend

Started a day by cutting Shri's favorite carrot walnut cake.

His favorite meal to eat out is breakfast with hot coffee, so we decided to eat out after starting by just searching place on the way. When we were hungry we found a nice place duo , it was perfect for Bday brunch! All the food was made from locally grown farm and presentation was very stylish!

Always hit, our favorite pancake

Downtown Brattleboro was fun to around and great stop on our bright and white road trip to NH.

We decided to take small road in order to enjoy the countryside beauty!

We reached early to Ice Castle spot. JaiRam were hungry so we explored Lincoln town and quick lunch. Came back to the place, right time to enter the castles. We were very excited!!

We all draped in snow pants, shoes, gloves and entered. It was breath taking. Next 2-2:30 hrs we were inside and we enjoyed every bit of it!!

Jai and Ram are big snow lovers and it was heaven for them, the big slide, small holes to slide through,  small tunnels to walk through and hot chocolate with fireplaces. They just loved it! and we too.

Headed back to home from the different route and beauty of that road was very different than the morning road but with same brightness, whiteness and charm!

We stopped at this thai place! Yummy food ever! We started with mouth watering veggie dumplings and ended with streamed rice and red curry!

Perfect day, Bday celebration and road trip to remember!!

Canadian Rockies - Day 2 - The Dream Day: Larch Valley Hike & Moraine Lake Magic

We started our second day in the Canadian Rockies with our little tradition — a steaming cup of masala tea. There’s nothing like that comforting aroma to kick off an adventurous morning. While sipping our tea, we had a great chat with our wonderful host, Jeremy -  a biker, traveler, and author of two books. He’s been around the world on his bike, and listening to his stories was truly inspiring. After breakfast, it was time for one of the most anticipated parts of our trip - the Larch Valley hike and visiting my dream destination, Moraine Lake! We grabbed some Subway sandwiches from Banff downtown to fuel up later on the trail and then headed toward Moraine Lake by shuttle. We started the hike around 12:30 PM, and wow — it was steep and challenging right from the beginning. But every step upward brought more breathtaking views of Moraine Lake below. The turquoise water kept peeking through the trees as we climbed higher and higher. As we gained elevation, the larches turned gold...

Bermuda Cruising : Day 1 – Sunday: Setting Sail from New York City 🚢🌆

The excitement was real as we wrapped up breakfast and left home around 9:30 AM, all packed and ready for our 7-day adventure to Bermuda. As we drove into the city, the first glimpse of our cruise ship took our breath away—it stood tall and majestic on the Hudson River, a true floating city! Check-in was smooth, and by 2 PM, we were officially on board. The sheer size of the ship amazed all of us—18 floors packed with restaurants, shops, a buzzing casino, lively bars, pools, a full amphitheater, a grand theater, and even water slides and a giant rope course towering on the 18th floor! Watching our parents and in-laws marvel at everything around them was heartwarming. For them, this was like stepping into a whole new world—a luxurious hotel on water. The kids were already eyeing the pools and adventure zones, while we were still soaking in the scale of it all. After a delicious lunch at one of the onboard restaurants, we headed up to the open deck for sail-away views of the iconic N...

Canadian Rockies - Day 1 - Waking Up to the Magic of Canmore and the Rockies

After a late-night arrival at around 2 AM, we finally woke up to our first morning in the Canadian Rockies - and what a surprise it was! Since we had reached in the dark, we had no idea what surrounded us. When I stepped out onto the balcony, I was greeted by a breathtaking view - majestic mountains all around, their peaks kissed by the early morning light. It was one of those moments that instantly fills you with gratitude and excitement for the day ahead. We had masala tea, got ready, and decided to explore downtown Canmore. The streets were charming, lined with cozy cafés, boutiques, and local art shops - all against the stunning mountain backdrop. It felt like stepping into a postcard. For brunch, we stopped at an amazing Indian restaurant called Mumbai Local, and oh my goodness - the food was phenomenal! We ordered dahi puri, soya chaap, and triple schezwan fried rice, and everything was bursting with flavor. It felt like a comforting taste of home right in the middle of the Rocki...
