Day 6 - La Fortuna to Monteverde

We took a jeep-boat-jeep ride to Montverde, a cloud forest town.


The ride is absolutely gorgeous and unique

Out hotel in Monteverde was Costa Rican style rooms and they had common breakfast area to sit, play games, watch tv and small kitchen if u want to try something.

In the afternoon we took coffee tour and learned many things. First of all we got a ride in cart.


We got to have fresh sugar cane juice and sugar cane and main attraction of the tour freshly made chocolate in front of us from coco beans. Ram helped her to grind coco beans and she added cinnamon, salt, brown sugar, coarse grinned coffee beans, and some red chili. It was the best chocolate!! Enjoyed to the fullest.

Spring Break 2019 - Day 6

Morning started with spinach omelet and ginger tea for breakfast. Our last day at Clearwater. Had to see the beach today before leaving. Went to the beach one final time to say good bye!! It was hard to leave this beautiful place! We headed for Legoland for a fun filled day. A perfect day at Legoland; sunny, bright and not so crowded. Puerto Rico - Day 1

We arrived our Airbnb around 3am and welcomed by huge Chameli vine on entrance ! It was very fragrant and in quiet early morning it was very intense! What a great welcome by this pretty island! We got up and headed straight to beach after tea and breakfast. The first blue view was very refreshing, especially coming from cold weather. After spending time in water and sand kids decided to have kite surfing lessons. Waves were very good and many people were doing kite surfing. They took a lesson about how to navigate the kite, needed more lessons to ride a board.  After lesson we headed for lunch and out first lunch outside was super yum! Kids had burritos and we had burrito bowl! Passion fruit juice, lemonade, local beer and mojito was tasty! It was called Acapulco Mexican!!
