Embarking on a journey to Fort Lauderdale, our adventure began with a serene stay at the Miami Beach Ocean View Hotel. We reached late to hotel and when we opened our eyes, it was a pleasant welcome by morning sunrays. The first day was a delightful blend of cultures, starting with the vibrant Wynwood Walls neighborhood, where the gelato’s authenticity transported me straight to Italy. Dinner was an elegant affair at a chic restaurant, setting the tone for the days ahead. The second day greeted us with a hearty breakfast at South Beach, followed by an exhilarating bike ride along the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk with Jai. The thrill of surfing was complemented by the taste of fresh fish tacos and the unique Shark Tank drink. Jai really enjoyed surfing and tacos. As the day waned, Häagen-Dazs ice cream for me and frozen yogurt for Jai were the perfect sweet treats before an evening spent basking in the ocean’s embrace. On the third day, We savored  Einstein Miami bagel, a perfect start...

As the winter chill sets in, the heart yearns for a tale of warmth and wonder. This is the story of our enchanting journey to Finnish Lapland, a land where the auroras dance and the spirit of adventure thrives. The Northern Lights: Nature’s Own Festivity Our odyssey began with a promise to witness the ethereal beauty of the  Northern Lights . Over the course of seven nights, the sky was our canvas for four nights, each display more breathtaking than the last. The auroras, with their vibrant ballet of colors, became the silent narrators of our nights. Helsinki: A Birthday Celebration In Helsinki, we celebrated Shri's birthday, a day marked by history and gastronomy. The old town’s architecture whispered stories of the past, while the majestic churches stood as sentinels of serenity which he is always fascinated by. The highlight was a Michelin-starred Finnish restaurant  Nokka , where each dish was a symphony of local flavors, display of an art and surprisingly all vegetarian!...
