We got river facing room where while lying down on your bed you can watch  beautiful river and mountains outside. In the morning it was raining so we watched rain from room while having breakfast and kids played on computer.Aroind 9 we decided to go to hot springs. Weather was lovely. We started walking towards the spring they are at the other end of town. This town doesn't allow any vehicle so we have to walk. The walk is beautiful along the river. Water is always hit. We all had great time in after around two hours. Went back to hotel and packed up to go back to Cusco Some shopping time Had lunch in riverside restaurant  Then took vista domb for Cusco Same amazing rainbow and riverside beauty. Day 8 - Cusco and back to Lima

When we go on vacation, we sleep early and wake up early. This time in Cusco, there was big window next to the bed. After waking up spent some time looking out and sorting some pictures. We got ready and went for breakfast.  After breakfast we had 2-3 hours so me and Shri decided to go around the time one last time while kids stayed in hotel. Those were memorable hours just to wonder around anywhere we wanted. We were appreciating each and every structure we see from Inca time. Cusco is great combo of modern plus ancient architecture. We took lot of pictures and did last shopping of chase which Ram wanted to buy. Spanish vs. Inca chase.  We came back to hotel and checked out to catch flight back to Lima. We had some time while Shri was doing online checkin for Boston flight we talked with family.  We reached Lima and we had almost half a day left and we had list to do 😊 we returned the phone given by our travel agency. We couldn't do paragliding when we were in Lima sinc...

Day 6 - Machu Picchu

Day started early morning with the light from transparent roof! It was hard to getup from lovely lavender scented bed, but very much excited since this was the day!! Yes today we were going to visit Machu Picchu, which was in wish list from 8-9 year. It was a dream coming true destination. Took shower and went for breakfast. Breakfast with fresh fruits, juices and freshly baked bread butter gave us energy. Kids loved the resort so much that they did want to live the place. Taxi came on time and again we started towards Ollyantatambu train station. We booked vista dome, we were excited for this ride since this was our first experience for this kind of train. Vista domb had big glass windows and glass roof to enjoy the views. The train started and we started our journey to Aguascalientes along Urubamba river.  No need to tell the one and half hour journey was super scenic with good food and lemongrass tea. We reached Aguascalientes station and Maria welcome us, she was out tour guide...
